Tali Ventures is the institutional venture capital arm of the stc group, based in Riyadh and launched in March 2024. It invests in tech companies from founding to growth in AI, fintech, real estate tech and telecom.

The stc group announced Tali Ventures in March 2024 as its institutional venture capital arm, focused on AI, fintech, proptech, cloud computing, the Internet of Things and cybersecurity. Its early investments include Nile, Rewaa and Nirbai, and in July 2025 it acquired a minority stake in Tarmeez Capital, a debt instruments platform. The launch announcement states that STV and stc's other venture funds had previously invested in many startups, and STV operates as an independent entity with its own profile.
