It launched Nuwa Ventures Fund I at $100 million, and closed 75% of it in February 2021 with mostly Saudi investors, the anchor investor being Alfaisaliah Group. In January 2025 it led Calo's $25 million Series B round.
Arab News (2021) describes it as based in Riyadh, while its website lists the legal entity in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
