Mazen Al Jubeir is a Saudi angel investor. He took part in the Series A round of the Mrsool app in 2019, and with Outliers VC led the $4 million seed round of the Soum platform in 2022.

Wamda described him as a Saudi angel investor when he joined the Mrsool round led by STV and Raed Ventures in March 2019. In March 2022, Arab News reported that he co-led the seed round of Soum, a platform for reselling used devices.
