Tech Founders is a program from the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE) at the Ministry of Communications, to develop Saudi tech company founders and expand them globally. Its seventh cohort launched in January 2026 with 20 founders.
About the program
The program focuses on founders of digital startups. It includes an intensive one-week local bootcamp followed by a six-week international incubation program, plus field trips and visits and meetings with international experts and investors. The program is part of The Multiverse initiatives to build national entrepreneurial capacity.
Founder-development program rather than a classic investment accelerator; no funding or equity terms published. Cohort numbering differs between MCIT news (7th cohort, Jan 2026) and older CODE pages (labelled editions).
