Flat6Labs Riyadh Seed Program

AcceleratorClosed

An accelerator program from Flat6Labs in Riyadh, launched in 2023 with backing from the Saudi Venture Capital Company, Jada and Riyadh Valley. It offers SAR 500,000 in cash funding to each company and a 4-month program. The sixth and final demo day was held in January 2026.

About the program

An accelerator program for tech startups based in the Kingdom, run by Flat6Labs and funded by the Startup Seed Fund managed by F6 Ventures, with participation from the Saudi Venture Capital Company, the Jada fund and Riyadh Valley Company. The program offers cash funding, mentoring, training and investor meetings over 4 months ending in a demo day, with the possibility of follow-on funding for the best companies. According to Flat6Labs, the program has supported more than 60 startups with about $17 million in initial investments across six cycles.

For clarity

Flat6Labs described the January 14, 2026 Demo Day as the 'final' one, concluding six cycles since 2023; no cycle 7 or new intake found as of 2026-10. Equity % not stated on the official page (third-party sites cite up to 10%, unverified). Wamda (Feb 2023) mentions a 'second cycle' already accepting applications in Feb 2023, so the official '2023 launch' wording may refer to the current fund structure; founded year omitted. The older Flat6Labs Jeddah (2013-2014, with Qotuf AlRiyadah) is a separate, defunct program.
